雅思是为申请赴英语国家留学、工作、移民的非英语国家学生而设，用来评定考生运用英语的能力。这项考试已经被世界上越来越多的组织和大学接受和认可。雅思测试学生的英语听、说、读、写能力。
The International English Language Test System (IELTS) is designed to assess the language ability of candidates who want to study or work where English is the language of communication. It is recognised and accepted by more and more organisations and universities worldwide. It covers four language skills, listening, speaking, reading and writing.

我的雅思课堂主要侧重于实用的语言能力。在写作和口语部分中没有正确或错误的答案，主要考察的是一个想法是如何被表达出来。在语言能力方面通过密集的练习，扩大词汇量，提高句子和文章结构的复杂性来训练学生。了解考官在寻找什么，得分点是什么在我的课堂中也很重要。
My IELTS classes focus on practical language skills, on the contents.  There is no right or wrong answers in the writing and speaking parts of the test. How an idea is expressed/presented is the focus. I train my students on language skills through intensive practice tests, expanding their vocabulary, improving the complexity of sentence and writing structure. Knowing what the examiners are looking for and targeting the key score earning areas are also emphasised in my classes.

在我的雅思课程中，学生对他们的英语的能力会更加自信，对常规的话题能得到更广的知识，同时他们的雅思分数会随之提高。
Through my IELS training, students are more confident about their English skills, have broader knowledge about the typical topics and improve their test scores.
